Corner Workers and Corner Marshals at auto racing events might use this folding flag stand to organize the various racing flags required for communication at each flag station. I developed this flag stand based on one that I had seen at Eagle’s Canyon Raceway in 2013.  I have used it since then when standing behind hay bales or in one of the raised metal “deer blinds” at Circuit of the Americas. This design will hold eight flags and is designed to be made from one 10 foot piece of PVC pipe. I include notes on using three different sizes of PVC pipe depending on the type of flag staff being used.
